U80 unitized curtain wall system : The mullion width is 80mm. There are systems design for the thermal required project and no thermal performance requirement project. This system can use for coventional glazing and structural sealant glazing.

        This system design base on rain screen system to achieve high water tightness performance; Use "O" type thermal barrier strip with gasket port to achieve high thermal performance. The air permissible line include the last gasket of transom and  mullion. this is the key issue of water tightness and air permisible of system.

This system has the following features:

· Open section mullion, easier for manufacture. Intruduce unti bulkling hook to enhance the performance of the mullion.

· Use internal drainage system, the water drain out efficiently without the risk of leakage to indoor.

· Optimize the gasket to achieve better water tightness performance and air permissible performance.

· Adapt different glass thickness by change the gasket, adapter, caping, glass edge profile etc without main profile changing.

· The openable hardware use friction hinge and multipoint lock. It's more reliable compared to hook fix openable.

· The extrusion sections are same and the gasket is continuous in the four side of openable. It means the air permissible line, water tightness line and thermal break line is continuous Which lead high performance of the openable.

· The thermal performance is good due to the function of the special design gasket.

· By change gasket and minor extrusion, the openable can use for conventional glazing, structural sealant glazing, semi structural sealant glazing with different glass thickness. 

· The last gasket of reinforce mullion and normal mullion in same line, convenience to use different mullion for different wind load zone.

· Face mount and side mount available. The new side mount bracket have better structural performance and easier for installation.

· Introduce a aluminum sleeve to joint the bracket of vertical and horizontal solar shading without change the standard system.

· Use "O" shape thermal insulation profile with gasket holder. We design the thermal insulation profile in line with the molecular of IGU.This design ultimately reduce  the U value of the system.
