The 10th Anniversary Celebration and Inamori Business Practice Achievement Presentation of Shanghai Shenghe School, with the theme of "Ten Shenghe Hearts, Diexin Win Win Win", was grandly held at the Hanyue Pavilion Hotel in Dongfang Sheshan, Shanghai. Over 600 business operators attended the event and listened to six guests from all over the country sharing their experiences and insights on learning and practicing Inamori Business. More than 13200 people watched online live broadcasts, an unprecedented spectacle, and the attending families gained a lot from it.

A white horse passes by a gap, time flies by. Since its establishment on July 1, 2013, Shanghai Shenghe School has gone through a decade of good times. From the initial two entrepreneurs - Mr. Liu Xiaoguang and Ms. Zhou Lihui - to now, more than 460 students have joined the Shenghe School family to learn and practice Inamori Management together. Mr. Lin Feng, the Chairman of Shanghai Shenghe School, delivered a speech at the conference, stating that the theme of our ten-year celebration is "Ten Shenghe Hearts, Innovation and Win Win Win". Mr. Inamori once said, everything starts with the heart and ends with the heart. After ten years of studying at Shenghe School, we have started from the heart and achieved a win-win situation through innovation At this grand event, Shanghai Shenghe School also invited six heavyweight guests: Cao Xiuyun, Zheng Xiaojun, Zheng Yufeng, Peng Peilun, Zheng Jian, and Cao Rong to share their fruitful achievements in business management brought by Inamori Management.

In 2007, Teacher Cao Xiuyun founded China's first Shenghe School organization in his hometown Wuxi, marking the beginning of the development of Shenghe School in China. Teacher Cao is also an excellent translator, who has translated as many as 23 works by Mr. Inamori, accounting for almost half of all of his translations. He has made great contributions to the dissemination of Inamori Management in China. Invite Teacher Cao as the first guest speaker to share the latest research findings - "Benchmarks for All Judgments and Actions.".

Ms. Zheng Xiaojun, founder of Beijing Chuangsi Industry and Trade, Mr. Zheng Yufeng, chairman of Taiyouhui Financial Leasing Group, Mr. Zheng Jian, founder of Wenzhou Qucha Catering, and Ms. Cao Rong, chairman of Shanghai Biqu Medical Technology Co., Ltd., gave speeches respectively.

Mr. Peng Peilun, Vice Chairman of some schools in the southern part of Shanghai Shenghe School and founder of Joysland Door&Window（shanghai） Co.,Limited also gave a theme sharing on site titled "One Window, One World, One Door, One Realm - Inamori Philosophy Makes a Group of People Fall in Love with One Thing". He told everyone about his own love, family, career, and ideal construction and development process, and his love with his wife went through several years of long-distance running from love to marriage, experiencing sweet and romantic experiences, I have also experienced arguments and confrontations; Similarly, Mr. Peng's entrepreneurial journey has been constantly struggling to survive in the cracks.
