The second question is about the uneven prices!
Doors and windows are custom-made products, and there is no standardized price composition, so there is a lot of market chaos. Taking the 70 series window as an example, the transaction price range per square meter is roughly as follows:
Ordinary bridge breakage: 700-1000 yuan
Domestic system window: 1000-1500 yuan
Imported system window: 1500-2000 yuan
The possibility of falling into the pit lies in the following aspects:
1. Waterproofing is charged per meter, and both the inner and outer glass are glued. Each circle is counted, and the amount is huge and easily overlooked.
2. The area does not match the actual situation, intentionally writing more because the quoted price is low and needs to be supplemented;
3. Cross beams and columns, it is important to ask where they are used. Only the corners have extra money for adding corners, and the cross beams and columns in the middle of the window should not be charged.
4. The recommended upgraded products for sales may not have high costs, but the prices are high, such as glass thickening, hardware upgrades, and so on.
The third question: Which is better, inner inverted window, outer open window, or sliding window?
For this issue, I can only say that each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It mainly depends on which point you are more concerned about. Let me take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of these three activation methods:
Inner opening and inner inverted window
Advantages: Good insulation and waterproofing, can be slightly ventilated inside, and in an inverted state, it is rainproof and anti-theft, allowing for natural ventilation even when leaving the room. The screen window is hung outside and does not need to be opened, providing 24-hour mosquito protection.
Disadvantage: occupying indoor space!
Outward opening window
Advantages: It does not occupy indoor space.
Disadvantages: There are safety hazards. According to national regulations, windows with seven floors or more are not allowed to be opened from outside. When the screen is indoors, the screen must be opened every time the window is opened or closed. The mosquito prevention effect is not good, and the opening of the screen should not be too wide, otherwise it cannot be reached. When it rains, the hardware will get soaked in the rain and affect its service life.
Sliding window
Advantages: Easy to use, does not take up any space, moves horizontally, also known as a sliding window.
Disadvantage: Due to the pulley sliding on the track, it cannot be completely sealed, which makes it impossible to slide. Therefore, the structure determines that the insulation, sound insulation, and sealing performance of the sliding window will never achieve the effect of opening the window.
So generally, I would advise customers to choose inward facing windows as much as possible, because high-end products are mostly inward facing windows. This is also the future development trend. After all, Germany has been popularizing the use of internal opening and inversion for 80 years, while in our country it has been less than 20 years. Just like when we buy an Apple phone, we must buy an Apple 13 instead of an Apple 7 or an Apple 8. The reason is the same!
